Our vines and wines receive personal care and tending combined with a labor intensive handmade approach in picking, handling, fermentation, wine making and bottling. We offer Kansas Quality Certified Wines Catawba Semi-sweet white wine offering bold, fruit forward essences of tropical fruit with a citrus finish. Excellent served with spicy food, salmon or poultry. Pairs with a salad of spring greens topped with your favorite vinaigrette dressing. Jefferson Red Well balanced semi-sweet red wine with hints of red fruit and blackberries. A fabulous accompaniment to any cuisine or for sipping in the evening. Harvest Moon Crisp and refreshing with hints of green apple. A summer wine to be enjoyed on the veranda with warm breezes and your favorite poultry or fish hot from the grill. Indian Summer A rich blend of grape and elderberry producing a sweet red wine. Unique in its flavor and incredible smoothness. We use elderberries grown in Jefferson County, Kansas. Best enjoyed after dinner before dessert or just for sipping any time. Raspberry Splash A sweet red wine with rich red raspberry on the palate finishing with clean, freshness. This wine is produced from a blend of estate grapes and red raspberries. An incredible delicacy best enjoyed with a chocolate dessert or after dinner. |
